This exercise could be done mechanically without any real understanding following the process

1. Replace the 6 flats in the key signature with 6 sharps (or vice versa)

2. Write every note down a line or space (if going from flats to sharps as here) or write every note up  a line or space (if going from flats to sharps). Leave spaces before notes with accidentals in the extract, as these will need accidentals in the rewritten extract

Make sure every accidental in the original has an accidental in your answer. The A natural bar two has to be written as a G .... double sharp. And the F flat in bar two has to be written as an E .... natural.
